Theodora has effectively established, owned and administrated her own successful beauty business from 2003-2011. To include, facilitating recruiting and industry tradeshow events for the Insurance and Beauty industry. Notwithstanding, the excellent 20 years of service as a prayer leader for Victory Christian Ministries International, a Global Non-Profit organization. Theodora gracefully serves with administrative tasks while also strategizing and implementing solutions that align with the company's goals and objectives which are a great asset to an organization. To include Theodora's ability to anticipate and address the needs of your organization ensures smooth operations and successful recruitment efforts. Currently, Theodora's passion for employment law has led her to pursue her J.D with a concentration in Human Resource Law to further serve human resources.
